This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my
Life. I arrived late and the check-in process was a nightmare, as there was no staff available initially. The room was dirty, with threadbare linens and a lack of cleanliness. It felt very neglected overall.

Booked a room with queen beds. The hotel's position was favourable and perfect, close to multiple restaurant options as well as schools.

Great location with friendly staff
The location is very central with plenty of dining options nearby, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to help. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast could be improved since several items were already out when I arrived.

We enjoyed the pool and loved being close to fun spots like the Hays Aquatic Park and some local golf courses. The team was cute, which really helped us feel at home. Just a heads up, though, the breakfast setup could use some work.

The room was clean and comfy, really cushy bed left me sleeping like a baby! The breakfast had options that surprised me, Greek yogurt with real fruit, who knew?
Sure, it wasn't the cheapest place, but it was definitely acceptable.
